Boats in Fishguard Harbour
'Boats in Fishguard Harbour' is a very sweet little sketch in Gouaché from 2010 painted 'Plein Air' outside on the harbour wall. Interestingly the small red boat is called "Buddy" and is owned by Richard whom used to own the harbour side pub, he named the boat Buddy after the famous Buddy Holly. The landlord sat next to me while I sketched this and we talked about the history of the harbour.
A nice calming and friendly seascape.
