To achieve so much in the fast moving world of communities and equality you need to fully commit to working in partnerships not leaderships.
On a project by project basis Tony works alongside many people to ensure that in Equality, Diversity and Inclusion work that we maintain relevant and current thinking for language and approach while also instituting methods of working and training which allow no one to be left behind.
Some of the people we work with have radically fundamentally different views on how to achieve inclusion and equality, and that's ok, because unless we listen and consider through dialogue and all be prepared to move our views we will not achieve our aims for a better world.
