In 2018 his book, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion: A Practical Guide, fast became one of the top selling reference books on inclusion across the world. It sets out as simply as possible the common accepted terminology for all communities, brief introductions to the world's top 20 faiths and also key concepts for communities as well as brief outline of the UK legislation and global policies on human rights.
