We are stardust (Exhibition)

On a cold night in 2009 the Goonhilly Satellite earth station was transformed through projection of watercolour, astro-images and shadows. The exhibition was called "We are Stardust" and was devised and created by Tony as the UK's submission towards the 2009 UNESCO International Year of Astronomy. A fantastic event which also included ancient designed wicker and canvas boats known as Coracles filled with dark water and projected live star views from telescopes. Over 30,000 people attended the events during the course of the 4 day exhibition.

Working on woodland art, with the Scouts

Woodland art. One of my favourite interactive workshops that allows a group of people of all ages come together, working towards making something impactful, beautiful, fun and inspiring in the woods. The images in this project are some of these woodland vortexes I've created working with Scouts from the UK and the Netherlands. On one weekend hammock camp we even created a small art gallery of images strung between trees. This is a great and easy resource to try, simply find a supply of fallen (not picked!) leaves, a tree, rock or landscape feature, and use biodegradable vegetable based poster...
