Working on woodland art, with the Scouts

Woodland art. One of my favourite interactive workshops that allows a group of people of all ages come together, working towards making something impactful, beautiful, fun and inspiring in the woods. The images in this project are some of these woodland vortexes I've created working with Scouts from the UK and the Netherlands. On one weekend hammock camp we even created a small art gallery of images strung between trees. This is a great and easy resource to try, simply find a supply of fallen (not picked!) leaves, a tree, rock or landscape feature, and use biodegradable vegetable based poster...

The art of peaceful protests

2018 - Ongoing A series of workshops in person and online to look at the art of Placards and Peaceful protesting. It's aim is to allow Young People and Adults to establish a sense of empowerment to change the world and discuss complex issues peacefully through visual arts as the initiator of dialogue. These sessions have been run for organisations and galleries across the UK, including LV21 Lightship Arts Centre, The Scouts and also with various Schools and Youth Groups across the UK. In some cases they have become activism projects which have made a positive difference in their own communities....
